Renfrow is a member of the U.S. Futsal National Team where he played in the Futsal Grand Prix in Manaus, Brazil in October. During the 2011 outdoor season, Renfrow played on defense for the Puerto Rico Soccer League Champion FC Leones along with Lancers teammates Mauricio Salles and Leo.

College and amateur

Attended Penn State University where he appeared in 17 games, starting a career-high 13 games as a senior. That season he was selected to Penn State Classic All-Tournament Team. He scored his first career goal in upset of No. 3 Northwestern in front of a live national television audience in Penn State's Big Ten Network debut. Totaled six points for his career (1 goal, 4 assists). As a junior he helped the Nittany Lions secure first victory of 2006 by assisting on Jeff Chambers' goal in 2-1 win over Hartwick at Ohio State Classic.

Renfrow redshirted in 2004 while recovering from Leukemia.

Renfrow served as team captain for Gonzaga College High School in 2002 while playing for Don Smith. He was selected as a 2002 All-WCAC First Team selection and earned team MVP honors and WCAC Player of the Year in 2002. Served as team captain of the Bryc Condors club team He was also a member of the Virginia state ODP team and a D.C. United Super Y National Finalist in 2002.
