Pro Indoor

The Team Captain returned for the 2014/15 season and started right where he left off.  Salles continued to be a one man arsenal of goal scoring and led the team in this category.  His rocket left foot earned him 41 goals, 16 assists, and 57 total points on the year.  He placed in the top five in MASL scoring and found himself on the league’s team of the Week list twice, while also earning All-League Second Team Honors.  He was also named the team’s MVP and called up to represent the Brazilian National Team during the 2015 Indoor World Cup.

Salles earned 41 points with 14 goals & 8 assists in the 2013-14 season, 97 points in the 2012-2013 season, being the second top scorer in the league with 34 goals and 20 assists. In the 2011-2012 season Salles was second in the league in scoring with 81 total points and was names the Offensive Player of the Year for the team, in addition to several league accolades. Salles has prior indoor experience in 2007-08 where he was a member of the New Jersey Ironmen of the MISL. In the 2013-14 season, Salles had a total of 41 points with 91 shots, 14 goals and eight points.

Pro Outdoor

Salles was awarded the Puerto Rico Soccer League Golden Boot in 2011 for his efforts with the FC Leones. In 2010, he was ranked 25th in the USL First Division Top 25 of the decade. Salles played for the Rochester Rhinos for the 2008-09 season, scoring five goals and gathering a total of 12 points. Salles signed with the Puerto Rico Islanders in 2004, scoring 11 goals in his first season. Salles received numerous Goal of the Week honors, earned All-League honors during his second year, and was the leading scorer for the Islanders both years he played. In 2006, Salles joined the NSL through the Montreal Impact and helped lead the team to the regular season championship. Salles turned pro in 1997 with the Vitoria, a Brazilian football team. He also spent time with Atletico Paranaense and Botafogo, both being Brazilian teams. Salles played in Ecuador for the Omeldo soccer club.
