The Major Arena Soccer League will make their first appearance at the United Soccer Coaches Convention when they host an indoor soccer symposium on Thursday, January 20th at the Convention Center in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dubbed “Back to the Future,” the symposium will feature MASL Commissioner Keith Tozer, MASL Chairman Shep Messing, and JP Dellacamera, President of Communications/Media in a round-table discussion of indoor soccer past and present. The discussion will be moderated by Nick Vasos, play by play commentator for the Kansas City Comets. The event will be Thursday, January 20th from 4-5 pm Central Time.
Along with the symposium, the MASL will host a Meet and Greet powered by the Kansas City Comets on Friday, at Johnny's Tavern located in Kansas City's Power & Light District. Meet and Greet hours are from 5 pm to 8 pm local time. Current MASL leadership will be on hand along with several members of the indoor soccer community, past and present.
The following night, Saturday January 22nd, the Kansas City Comets will play the Tacoma Stars in a regular season game at 7 pm, at the T-Mobile Center in downtown, Kansas City.
According to MASL Commissioner Keith Tozer, “It's the largest soccer convention in the world, so it makes perfect sense to be involved with the leaders of the game nationally, as well as internationally. For ticket information on the Kansas City
